*Please note: Order changes, cancellations, and address changes are NOT guaranteed. If your order has been processed and shipped, you will need to request a return.*

 

HOLIDAY EXCHANGES/RETURNS

We will happily exchange or refund your item with 30 days of purchase, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED). 

Enjoy the convenience of free return shipping for returns & exchanges, with a restocking fee of $7.50 exclusively applied to returns for refunds.

RETURN POLICY

Exchange:

We will exchange your item for a different size or similar item with the same value. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit. 

*Exchanges aren't guaranteed until the return is received & you have received your NEW exchange order confirmation email. If the item sells out before the exchange is received by UPS, a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment automatically. 

 

Refund:

We will happily refund your item, provided the item and its packaging is in original condition (NOT USED). Once your return package is verified by UPS, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your card issuer to process the refund. Please note that the $7.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

*Please allow 3-5 business days once package has been scanned & shipped by UPS for refund to process.

 

Store Credit: 

We will exchange your item for store credit. Once your return package is verified by UPS, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours.

 
*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to the carrier.*


Canada Customers:

If you live in Canada, we process returns/exchanges a little differently. Please email info@impalarollerskates.com, to begin the manual process for your return/exchange. Use subject title "Canada Order # xxxxxx-IR Return" for us to better identify your return. (Insert order number in place of X's.) Once we receive your email, our team will provide you with the next steps. 

 Impala Skate does not accept any responsibility for products/orders returned outside the return portal.
